The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, providing leadership across Sales, Service, Parts, Finance & Insurance, Administration and Customer Experience functions.

You will lead from the front, building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:





- Driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
- Leading, coaching and developing department managers and future leaders
- Building a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance
- Identifying growth opportunities across all profit centres
- Monitoring operational efficiencies and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with OEMs, suppliers and business partners
- Delivering exceptional customer experience outcomes
- Ensuring compliance, governance and operational standards are consistently maintained
