Executive Director, Commercial, Broadcasters, Publishers & Platforms

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the commercial strategy, revenue growth, and key industry partnerships for its media portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, engaging with C‑Suite executives, and leading contract negotiations with major television broadcasters, digital publishers, programmatic ad tech platforms, and industry bodies. This role requires a seasoned skilled with over 15 years of commercial sales leadership experience in the media, data analytics, and advertising ecosystem, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing multi‑million dollar portfolios. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include spearheading commercial growth and revenue strategy, leading high‑level contract negotiations, and maintaining strategic client and industry relationships.



The role also involves product commercialization, innovation, and team leadership to ensure the successful adoption of cross‑platform measurement and media planning tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in audience measurement, cross‑platform planning, digital activation, and ad intelligence, and will be adept at stakeholder management, particularly in C‑Suite environments. Strong leadership skills are essential for building and mentoring a high‑performing team, as well as for overseeing commercial governance and integration with global customer success operations.
