Eucalyptus is seeking a CRM Manager to own the full patient lifecycle for Juniper in Australia. You will drive lead nurture, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation, aligning with Analytics, Growth and Product to create a data-driven lifecycle engine across channels.
You will design segmentation, run experiments to lift conversions, and deliver actionable insights. The role combines strategy with hands-on platform work in a quick-moving healthcare environment.
