Kmart is seeking a Shrinkage Insights Manager to lead analytics across the shrink domain, partnering with Profit Protection, Finance and Store Operations to identify risks and opportunities. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and drive automation and responsible AI adoption.

You will lead a team of analysts, develop indicators, and ensure reporting standards and data integrity to support strategic decisions across the business.
