Occupational Medicine Doctor (Sonic HealthPlus, Canberra)
Sonic HealthPlus is seeking expressions of interest from Medical Practitioners with an interest in Occupational Medicine to join our dynamic team in Canberra on a part-time or a full-time basis.
In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational health services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and government clients, supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of their workforce. The opportunity:
This role provides exposure to a diverse range of occupational health services, including:
- Pre-employment medical assessments
- Occupational health assessments
- Workers compensation services
- Acute injury treatment and management
- Immunisations
- Fitness for work assessments
- Return-to-work and injury management support
- Workplace health advisory services
You will work closely with occupational health nurses, administrative teams and corporate clients to deliver high-quality, client-focused healthcare services.

About you:
- Full registration with AHPRA
- General or Specialist medical qualifications eligible for practice in Australia
- Experience in occupational medicine and work injury management (highly regarded but not essential)
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and medical education?
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with patients, employers and stakeholders
- A cooperative and solutions-focused approach to healthcare delivery
