About You!

We are looking for someone who is confident handling commercial matters independently and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
You will ideally have:

- 5+ years PAE in commercial/property law
- Strong experience across commercial transactions
- Exposure to both property and commercial matters
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage your own files and competing deadlines
- A commercially minded approach to legal advice
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- A willingness to contribute to the wider team
- An interest in mentoring and supporting more junior lawyers
- A proactive approach to business development and building your professional profile

Experience with conveyancing and off-the-plan matters will be highly regarded, but the key requirement is strong commercial legal experience.
