BuiltSTRONG Recruitment is working with an established commercial builder to recruit a Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through to handover.

The opportunity

You will take responsibility for project delivery, working closely with site teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to manage programme, budget, quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing projects from commencement through to completion and handover.
- Developing and monitoring construction programmes and coordinating key milestones.
- Overseeing budgets, procurement, variations and commercial reporting.
- Leading project teams and supporting effective site delivery.
- Coordinating consultants and subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards and safety requirements are met.

About you

We are particularly interested in Project Managers with strong commercial new build construction experience .



Candidates from a fit-out or refurbishment background will also be considered where they can demonstrate sound technical knowledge, commercial capability and successful project delivery.

You will bring:

- Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and subcontractor coordination.
- Confidence managing project financials and contractual requirements.
- The ability to build positive relationships and lead teams effectively.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and ownership of project outcomes.
- Relevant construction qualifications or an equivalent industry background.
