BRANCH MANAGER – Equipment Installations & Service

Location: Western Sydney

- Lead an Experienced Fabrication, Installation, and Service Team
- Customised Vehicle-Mounted Materials Handling Installations and Servicing
- Manage Workflow, Scheduled Servicing and Customer Relationships

The Branch Manager - Equipment Installations and Service will manage operational performance, team resources and development, and implement company direction strategies for this Branch of a Leading Supplier and Installer of Materials Handling & Lifting Equipment . You will work with a National Importer and Distributor of Vehicle-Mounted Lifting and Engineered Loading Solutions that has exclusive representation across an extensive range ofState-of-the-Art Transport Industry and Vehicle Mounted Cranes and Hydraulic Lifting Equipment . Due to ongoing expansion, an opportunity now exists for a hands-on Managerto lead the Branch Operations and Team in Customised Installation Projects, Servicing, and Maintenance.

As the Branch Manager, servicing Western and the Greater Sydney Region , you will have overall branch and profit-centre responsibility for Equipment installations, fabrication works, servicing, and maintenance operations. You will support business growth and company expansion, ensuring efficient new-install project scheduling and planned servicing, to minimise downtime and maximize availability of equipment to clients. Supporting the national sales functions,



you will have direct communication with the sales team and interaction with strategic customers and blue-chip major clients. New Equipment Installations often require Special-Order Customisations and fabrication to meet client specifications and their required delivery schedules. Thereafter you will provide through-life support, maintaining the company’s market leading position as the industry’s preferred supplier. You will work withmultiple premium brands and an extensive range of quality products, providing technical solutions and enhancing the provision of services to its diverse and prestigious client base.

We are seeking a Service Operations Branch Manager who aspires to work within an agile, progressive, and diversified Plant & Equipment Distributor and be influential in driving growth and improving efficiency and the customer experience. You will have the autonomy to apply your intellect, experience, and ingenuity to achieve “best practice” and further enhance the company’s reputation for excellence. Team Leadership and Management with operational and P&L; experience combined with influential customer service and sound technical understanding in vehicle service, repairs, transport, or motor-body building will identify you as a high calibre candidate. Alternatively, experience from within engineering fabrication, manufacturing, production or process operations management or leadership, may also be well regarded.
