Intereach in Current South Wales is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to guide a large portfolio across disability, education and care, and family and mental health services during a twelve-month parental leave cover.

You will report to the Co-CEO, lead a team of Senior Managers, ensure performance, quality, safety and financial results, and participate in Executive Leadership Team decisions shaping the organisation's future.
