We’re partnering with a highly regarded investment and wealth management organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing technology and transformation team.

With ongoing investment in technology, digital capability and operational improvement, the business is delivering a range of strategic initiatives designed to modernise platforms, enhance customer experiences and support future growth.

Reporting to an experienced Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering technology projects from planning through to implementation and go-live, working closely with business leaders, technology teams and external vendors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager looking to deepen their experience within a complex, regulated and highly professional environment.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for driving software implementation, platform migration and technology-enabled change initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing software implementation and technology projects from initiation through to go-live
- Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, schedules and key delivery milestones
- Managing project governance, RAID registers and delivery reporting
- Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Coordinating vendors,



implementation partners and shared delivery resources
- Facilitating workshops, project meetings and steering committees
- Supporting testing, business readiness, training and go-live activities
- Identifying and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing multiple projects and competing priorities within a fast-paced setting

About You

You’ll be an organised and commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, visibility and momentum to complex delivery environments.

We’re interested in speaking with professionals who have:

- Proven experience delivering software implementation, migrations or broader technology projects
- Strong project governance, reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and project delivery plans
- Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
- The ability to build credibility across business and technology teams
- Solid communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery priorities

Highly Regarded

- Experience within wealth management, banking, trading or broader financial services
- Exposure to platform implementation or migration programs
- Experience delivering digital transformation and technology-enabled change initiatives
- Experience working with third-party technology vendors and implementation partners
