Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the people side of enterprise-wide transformation. You will shape how staff experience and adopt significant changes across technology, processes and ways of working.
You’ll partner with senior leaders, executives and project teams to ensure change is understood, embraced and embedded, while mentoring a team of up to four change practitioners and contributing to ongoing framework maturity.
