Jetstar is seeking a Workforce Strategy & Planning Manager to lead workforce strategy, governance and large-scale transformation across the Cabin Crew operation. Based at the Docklands office, this permanent, full time role will partner with Payroll, People and Finance to ensure capability, capacity and compliant scheduling that supports the flying schedule safely and efficiently.
You’ll translate data into strategic recommendations, manage cross-functional projects and influences across senior
