Zip Co Limited is building a mature Risk and Compliance function in Sydney. The Risk and Compliance Manager acts as a trusted Line 2 risk partner with a broad remit across enterprise risk, third party risk, governance and reporting, and operational resilience.

The role reports to the Director of Risk and Compliance and focuses on maturing risk frameworks, strengthening oversight, and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for the business.
