Lead delivery within cost and time constraints, ensuring that realistic plans are maintained. Ensure regular, accurate communication with stakeholders and engagement with appropriate governance.
Develop and bring together motivated, functioning teams, empowering cross-team collaboration and joined-up delivery. Monitor the health of interactions between teams and resolve issues.
Ensure that risks are identified, their impact and probability are understood, and mitigations are in place, involving specialists where necessary.
