Bellarine Psychology is a values-led community practice providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. We work with individuals, families and communities across the Bellarine Peninsula and regional Victoria, from two clinic locations and a school-based program. Our team includes clinical, education & developmental, and counselling psychologists, psychologists, social workers and counsellors and we care deeply about building a place where people can do their best work.
About the role
This is a senior position working closely with our Clinical Lead. You'll:
Provide supervision and day-to-day support to our provisional psychologists, helping them grow into confident, skilled practitioners
Support the Clinical Lead with clinical consultation,
case review and practice quality
Carry a caseload in your areas of interest and expertise
Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture through peer supervision and our regular lunch and learn sessions
About you
registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
Board Approved Supervisor status (essential)
Solid clinical experience and a genuine interest in developing early-career psychologists
