About the role
We’re looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our outbound sales team. You’ll connect with warm leads who have expressed interest in getting their skills recognised, understand their goals and guide them through the next steps.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership of their pipeline and is motivated by achieving results—and being rewarded for them.
What you’ll be doing
Calling warm leads generated through our marketing channels.
Understanding each customer’s experience and goals to help identify a suitable RPL pathway.
Explaining the process clearly, answering questions and handling objections confidently.
Managing your sales pipeline, keeping accurate records and following up by phone and email.
Working closely with our in-house facilitation team to support a smooth customer experience.
Working towards sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
What we’re looking for
You’re confident, resilient and comfortable picking up the phone. You know how to listen, build rapport and keep a conversation moving towards a clear next step.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
At least six months of phone-based or face-to-face sales experience—preferred, but not essential.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to manage your own pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups.
A positive attitude and the persistence to work through objections and setbacks.
A willingness to learn, take feedback and develop your sales skills.
The drive to achieve targets and earn uncapped commission.
Realistic $120K+ OTE: Be rewarded for your results.
Uncapped commission: Grow your earnings as you grow your sales.
Weekly pay: Get paid every week, with commission on top.
Warm leads provided: Spend your time connecting with people who have already shown interest.
Monday–Friday hours: Work 9am–5:30pm, with optional weekends.
Sponsorship opportunities: Available for suitable candidates wanting to remain in Australia.
