Are you a proven automotive sales leader ready to take charge of a major retail operation?

Indooroopilly, part of the Westpoint Autos Group, is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead two exciting new vehicle franchises and a used vehicle department. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a substantial sales operation, influence strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive significant growth across multiple revenue streams.

Your key responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a sales team
- Drive performance, customer experience, and team results
- Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to showcase inventory and boost engagement
- Harness social media platforms and digital channels to generate new leads and increase traffic
- Manage online lead conversion, digital advertising, and content creation
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments — F&I;, Service, Delivery — to maximize customer satisfaction




- Foster a results-driven team culture focused on guest experience and CSI outcomes

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 3 years’ automotive sales management experience
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, online merchandising, and social media lead generation
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
- Track record of hitting volume and profit targets
- Current Australian driver’s license and full working rights
