Your Role:

As Care Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight across resident care, quality, compliance and workforce performance.

- providing leadership, direction and support to nursing and care teams.
- building a strong culture of accountability, teamwork and resident-centred care.
- overseeing the planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care.
- ensuring care plans accurately reflect residents’ individual needs, preferences and clinical requirements.
- supporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- monitoring clinical documentation, AN-ACC requirements and funding practices.
- supporting the achievement of care minute and Registered Nurse minute requirements.
- supporting accreditation activities and maintaining readiness for regulatory review.
- monitoring clinical indicators,



trends and areas of emerging risk.
- leading and supporting investigations into incidents, complaints and clinical concerns.
- implementing corrective actions and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- identifying opportunities to strengthen clinical systems, processes and resident outcomes.
- contributing to organisational risk management, workforce planning and service development.
- coaching and supporting team members to maintain high standards of clinical practice and care.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for an experienced and confident clinical leader who genuinely cares about residents, people and quality. You will bring:

- current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- demonstrated leadership or management experience within aged care.
- strong knowledge of clinical governance, aged care compliance and quality standards.
- experience with clinical audits, accreditation and continuous improvement.
- sound understanding of AN-ACC, care minutes and aged care funding requirements.
- strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- confidence interpreting clinical information, trends and performance data.
- the ability to coach, support and hold teams accountable to high standards.
- a genuine commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
