AbilitiesNQ is seeking an experienced FNQ Market Manager to take ownership of Cairns operations across NDIS and Child Safety services. Based in our Cairns office, you will lead a multidisciplinary frontline workforce, partner with Operations Manager and central support, and drive delivery, quality and growth.
You will oversee budgeting, compliance, stakeholder relationships and local assets, while building a positive culture and ensuring services meet regulatory standards.
