experienced Nurse Practitioner
to join our primary care team in a
genuine advanced practice role

This position has been designed to improve patient access and continuity of care, with
clear governance, credentialing, and scope of practice already established

The role

Independent NP-led consultations

Management of acute presentations and chronic disease
n
n
Preventive health and care coordination
n
n
Prescribing, pathology and imaging requests within scope
n
n
Referrals to specialists and allied health
n
n
Collaborative practice with GPs and nurses
n
