Network is growing its residential Air Conditioning team and is looking for technicians who are technically strong, great communicators and enjoy helping customers. The focus is residential maintenance, repairs, replacements and upgrades rather than construction and current builds. You'll meet customers in their homes, diagnose what's happening and help them understand their repair, replacement or upgrade options.

Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems

Understand what the customer needs

Clearly explain what you've found
n

Present repair, replacement and upgrade options
n
n
Quote replacement systems where appropriate
n
n
Follow up opportunities

Deliver an outstanding customer experience

n
Hand larger installations to dedicated install teams

Residential HVAC experience
n
n
Strong 4th-year apprentices with great customer skills are also encouraged to apply
n
n
$45–$55/hr + super, depending on experience
n
n
Commission and performance bonuses
n
n
High performers can earn $10,000+ per month in additional commission
