Fusion Technology Solutions – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a senior hands-on technical support specialist. You will handle tickets, engage with customers daily, and act as an escalation point between support and engineering/provisioning teams.

The role includes mentoring L1/L2 technicians, defining troubleshooting standards, and collaborating with the Service Desk Manager. Expect site visits and project work across multiple cities, with after-hours on-call as needed.
