Bolton Clarke Group in Springvale, VIC, is seeking a Care Manager to lead clinical governance, staff development and resident care across an aged care setting.

You will oversee nurse care plans, ensure compliance with aged care standards and audits, mentor RNs and PCWs, and support continuous improvement. Current AHPRA nursing registration required; experience in aged care leadership and infection prevention is desirable.
