Ignite in Canberra is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to lead people-focused change across cyber security and transformation initiatives. You will partner with business, technical and executive stakeholders to assess impacts, craft engagement strategies and manage resistance to ensure successful adoption of recent capabilities.

This is a 12 month contract with extensions likely. You will develop strategies, coach staff and build internal capability while monitoring adoption and outcomes
