Located in Sydney, our client is currently looking for a highly motivated Spatial Data Developer with a sound understanding of the implementation of geospatial ETL processes. What you will be doing:
- Provide ongoing development of the GIS system to support the business and the changes that evolve
- Mentor and coach team members to increase productivity and team outcomes
- Prioritize assigned Tasks in order to deliver projects to meet specified dates in a cost effective and quality focused manner.
- Build data and business applications and ETL process automation
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, external partners and internal teams throughout development projects and system processes
- Provide support to recent Technology introductions.
- Performing configuration of datasets into SQL database environment & SSRS reports
- Technical supervisor to performing code review and sprint planning
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Knowledge of data management in SQL and ETL procedures
- Experience with Python
- Strong communications, project management, and organisational skills
- Ideally some working experience with visualisation tools
