CSR Limited is seeking a WCM Engineer to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Bringelly and Minto sites. You will lead Lean initiatives, manage capital investments and embed WCM standards to improve safety, quality and efficiency.

The role reports to site operations and requires solid analytical, stakeholder management and project leadership skills to deliver measurable outcomes across multi-site manufacturing operations.
