IXOM is seeking a Change Manager to join the PMO in Melbourne. You will lead and embed change management across major transformation initiatives, acquisitions, and technology implementations, building capability and frameworks for ongoing improvement.

You will work with senior leaders and project teams to understand impacts, plan readiness, and drive adoption of current systems and ways of working, shaping a long-term change function within IXOM.
