I’m currently partnering with a highly regarded Not-for-Profit company to secure an exceptional and very special Centre Director for a high-calibre, and very well resourced service within the Ipswich region.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a state of the art, well supported service where you’ll have the autonomy to lead, while still having the backing of a hands-on mentor who will work closely with you and support your continued growth.

The position would suit a confident and experienced Centre Director who is passionate about leading high-performing teams, driving service performance and creating a positive, high-quality environment for children, families and educators.

What’s on offer





- $130,000 per annum + superannuation (Not including the Wage Retention Grant!)

Must haves:

- Must hold your ACECQA approved Diploma qualification or higher
- Must hold previous experience as a Early Childhood Director, or a Assistant Director in a long daycare setting
