We are seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to design, implement, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving deployment processes, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring security and scalability across AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), ECS, or Fargate.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and logging tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and network security controls.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience





- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch, Lambda, and ECS/EKS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS DevOps tools.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Qualified, SysOps Administrator).
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
- Experience with multi-account AWS environments and landing zones.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.

Security Clearance (Preferred/Required)

- Active Baseline, NV1, or NV2 Security Clearance is highly desirable.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
