Our client is one of Australia’s leadingfinancial services firm that specialises in providing portfolio management andwealth advisory services to a wide range of clients ranging from family officesto high-net-worth financial institutions. They are currently looking for anenthusiastic and results-driven AvaloqDeveloper to join theirenergetic team in a full time role.

As an Avaloq developer, you will be taskedwith implementing new features, maintenance and providing ongoing support tohelp the business achieve its strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

- Youwill be responsible for refining and enforcing Avaloq code base concepts
- Evaluatingsolution proposals and solution design from junior developers andcontractor
- Constructingbest practice solutions and designing processes based on the needs of thebusiness
- Responsiblefor building automated test cases as well as defining, implementing andmaintaining of automated testing
- Performunit testing of solutions and serving as the escalation point formonitoring alerts
- CustomisingAvaloq Core Platform processes
- Identifyingrisks associated with changes being made to the system
- Definingintegration patterns to other systems
- Developinga deep technical knowledge across several functional areas
- Providingsecond level support for incident management
- Monitoringthe quality of contract developer code

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Minimum 2 years’experiencewith Avaloq platform
- Workingknowledge of wealth management products and services such as, payments,CRM, corporate actions ,reconciliations, trading, settlement, andportfolio management
- Minimum2 years’ experience in financial services
- Advanced PL/SQL ,Oracle and SQL experience
