Epicor Melbourne is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to triage issues, manage ServiceNow tasks, and support automated deployment pipelines. You will own Azure-based infrastructure, AKS, Windows Server, and SQL Server administration while collaborating across teams to resolve complex technical issues and meet SLAs.

This hybrid role involves occasional weekend deployments and continuous learning in a global ERP workplace.
