Xero is seeking a Software Engineer for the Database Reliability Team, split 50/50 between software engineering and database reliability. You will build internal tooling to streamline fleet management and keep Xero's database platform healthy, resilient, and rapid for millions of customers.

You'll improve observability, investigate production issues, and work with teams across Xero to scale backend systems, including migrations from SQL Server to PostgreSQL on AWS.
