Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour, part of TFE Hotels Group, is seeking an energetic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead our energetic F&B; operation.
You'll work alongside the F&B; Manager to manage bar, restaurant and conferencing spaces and to coach a high-performing team during busy service periods.
You will drive beverage sales, maintain service standards and guest experiences, and collaborate with Sales, Front Office and Kitchen teams to deliver seamless events.
