Better Rehab offers an Occupational Therapist Graduate Program in a community-based setting across Tasmania.
You will support NDIS participants aged 6–65 through wide-ranging caseloads, delivering home, clinic, and community-based therapy with supervision and structured induction.
The program includes a graduate induction, 1:1 supervision, six months of induction and upskilling, paid study leave, and provided devices and kits, with versatile diary and home/work options.
