Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 12-month maternity cover in Melbourne. You will deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, software, phones and peripherals, log incidents in the ITSM tool, and ensure timely responses within SLAs.

Training users and basic equipment maintenance are part of the role. The role requires minimum 2 years in a similar IT Service Desk position, solid Windows troubleshooting, and solid knowledge of Office 365.
