We're looking for energetic, professional and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our Toowoomba store.
The Opportunity n
As a Shaver Shop Brand Ambassador, you'll create genuine connections with customers, deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide confident, informed advice.
n
Whether you already have experience in premium retail, cosmetics, barbering, haircare or hospitality—or simply have a passion for grooming and customer service, you'll receive training to build solid specialist product knowledge and become a trusted advisor to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing n

Building strong customer relationships and providing informed product advice.
n
Conducting demonstrations across our grooming, hair removal and personal care ranges.
n
Developing and maintaining robust product knowledge through our training platform.
n
Staying informed about new products, promotions and upcoming events.
n
Maintaining high standards across stock, displays and demonstration models.
n
Contributing to store performance and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
n
