These full time roles focus on producing our signature viennoiserie, require hands-on production, and leadership when coordinating kitchen staff to meet daily goals.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' pastry experience in a top kitchen, with a cooperative mindset, robust work ethic, and a commitment to food safety and quality.
