HBT Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide in office support for underground mining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will audit, repair/replace components, monitor equipment in production, and deliver productivity improvements and training to longwall personnel.

The role requires travel to customer mine sites, willingness to work shifts, and solid focus on health and safety. Experience with HBT equipment and underground mining is highly valued.
