Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Google Cloud & AI Architect to design enterprise cloud, data and AI solutions and drive cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical architecture, consulting and presales experience, with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable cloud, data and AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Lead cloud strategy, migration, modernisation and transformation initiatives.
- Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, cost estimates and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops and executive presentations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to shape cloud and AI strategies and business cases.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and delivery teams to develop winning cloud propositions.
- Ensure solution designs, delivery models and commercials align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
Essential Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise cloud, data and AI architecture across Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, migration, modernisation and implementation.
- Experience in consulting, presales, solution design and proposal development.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior executives and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, Qualified Cloud Security Engineer or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
