The Prospect
Oversee high- and low-voltage electrical delivery within a major metropolitan rail programme. Work with engineering and construction teams across Sydney offices and project locations to deliver protected, buildable and commercially sound systems.

Your Work
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction against programme, quality and budget requirements.
• Resolve design and construction interfaces and align technical solutions with site delivery.
• Monitor forecasts, cost, revenue and commercial risks.
• Guide stakeholders through milestones, delivery risks and practical mitigation plans.
• Uphold health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

RequirementsSkills, Education and Requirements
• Bachelor qualification in electrical engineering.




• Substantial experience delivering high- and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Major rail project experience and strong understanding of construction delivery.
• Commercial planning, cost control and risk-management capability.
• Clear communication, stakeholder influence and a strong safety focus.
