Structures Supervisor - Civil Infrastructure

About the Employer
Our client is an infrastructure engineering and construction contractor delivering transport, civil and energy projects. Its teams work across design, construction and project delivery in Australia.

The Opportunity
Supervise structural construction on a road upgrade in north-west Sydney, including bridge works. This site-based position works closely with engineers and subcontractors to organise secure, efficient construction and maintain programme and quality requirements.

Your Responsibilities
• Plan work sequences, monitor progress and resolve day-to-day delivery issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment and materials for structural construction.
• Maintain site records and explain productivity, progress and emerging constraints.
• Work with project engineers and adjoining teams to coordinate construction interfaces.
• Promote a practical safety culture and check quality and environmental performance.

RequirementsSkills, Education and Requirements
• Supervision experience on major infrastructure,



preferably road projects.
• Bridge construction, structural concrete or similar civil structures experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site coordination and programme delivery.
• Clear communication and the ability to coordinate subcontractors within a collaborative team.
• A consistent commitment to safe work, quality and environmental standards.
