Logistics Coordinator - Construction Delivery

About the Employer
Our client is an engineering and construction business working across transport, defence and major infrastructure. It combines project delivery expertise with a focus on collaboration, technical improvement and sustainable outcomes.

The Prospect
Coordinate the movement, storage and distribution of materials and equipment on a Sydney infrastructure site. You will organise deliveries around construction milestones and maintain reliable records, traceability and quality controls.

Your Responsibilities
• Plan delivery bookings, unloading, loading-dock and crane requirements with suppliers and site teams.
• Reconcile delivery dockets with purchase orders and construction schedules.
• Maintain inventory, location and movement records and conduct stocktakes and material audits.
• Isolate damaged or non-conforming materials and coordinate returns, replacements and credits.
• Prepare daily, weekly and pre-start logistics reports and maintain quality registers.
• Work with subcontractors and transport providers to resolve delivery constraints.

RequirementsSkills, Education and Requirements
• At least five years in construction logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Tertiary qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.




• White Card and current driver licence.
• Practical knowledge of construction project delivery.
• Accurate record keeping and strong organisation across deliveries and inventory.
• Resourceful problem solving under pressure, effective presentations and stakeholder communication.
• A collaborative approach and accountability for site logistics outcomes.
• Current entitlement to live and work in the role location.
