ADP is seeking an Implementation Manager in Australia to lead the delivery of implementation services for new and existing clients. You will manage a team, coordinate with offshore resources, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to standard methodologies.

You will engage with clients, manage escalations, and develop team talent through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning. A robust background in payroll-related systems is advantageous.
