Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize CRM solutions, workflows, fields, views, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Power Pages / Power Apps Portals and custom front-end components.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and integrations.
- Develop custom plugins, APIs, and integrations with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and external systems.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Support data migration, cleansing, integration, and data quality activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform performance optimization.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing.

About You

- 6+ years of experience as a CRM Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Pages / Power Apps Portals.




- Experience with Power Automate, plugins, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Experience with data migration, cleansing, and ETL processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is desirable.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform certifications are advantageous.
