Senior Clinical Business Analyst (Health Mgr Lvl 3) - Clinical Information Systems - Temp FT
Describe your experience analysing and improving clinical or business processes within a large healthcare organisation. Provide an example of how your analysis resulted in improved workflow, efficiency, patient outcomes or service delivery.
Provide an example of a complex Digital Health, ICT or clinical systems initiative where you were required to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. How did you manage competing priorities, build consensus and achieve a successful outcome?
Describe a situation where you identified a problem or prospect for improvement, developed recommendations and successfully implemented a solution. What approach did you take and what was the outcome?
This role requires the ability to communicate complex technical and clinical information to a variety of audiences. Provide an example of how you translated complex concepts into clear, actionable information for clinical, operational or executive stakeholders.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
