We're looking for an organised, client-focused Project Manager to run our cybersecurity and compliance engagements. You'll own delivery across multiple concurrent client projects, from ISO 27001 and SOC 2 programs to security assessments, coordinating consultants, clients, and auditors to keep everything on track. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives on structure and clear communication.

What you'll do

- Plan and run multiple client compliance engagements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Essential 8) from kickoff to certification
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk/issue tracking
- Coordinate consultants, clients, and external auditors; run status meetings and reporting
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and delivery artefacts




- Identify scope creep and delivery risks early, and drive them to resolution

What we're looking for

- 3+ years managing projects, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or qualified services
- Right to work in Australia and able to work hybrid (3 days/week) from our Sydney office
- Strong stakeholder-management and written/verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing several concurrent engagements and competing priorities
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK)
