We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic guidance and advice to senior leaders across our business.
This role combines business partnering, organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent, employee relations and transformation. You will provide trusted advice to leaders, translate business priorities into people strategies and support the organization through continued growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach on complex people, organizational and workforce matters, providing pragmatic, commercially focused solutions
- Lead and support organizational change, transformation, workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
- Drive strategic talent, succession, performance and leadership development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability
- Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace matters and people risk, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
- Drive HR capability, consistency and continuous improvement across people processes and employee experience
- Use people data and insights to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities,
while driving continuous improvement across the employee experience
- Collaborate with regional and global People & Culture teams to deliver strategic initiatives, global programs and business priorities across ANZ.
Experience Requirments:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HRBP, Senior HRBP or HR Manager
- Proven ability to partner strategically with senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective people strategies
- Strong experience in organizational change, transformation, workforce planning, talent and performance management
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing HR teams, with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Solid knowledge of employee relations, employment legislation and people risk management
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management, influencing, coaching and communication skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving and transformational environment, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Experience in retail, healthcare, medical devices, FMCG, consumer or other multi-site environments is advantageous.
