Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. is seeking a Project Learning & Development Lead in Joondalup to drive learning strategies for major change initiatives.

You’ll lead a team of four Project Trainers and partner with project teams and stakeholders to ensure staff readiness and adoption of recent systems and processes. You will design, deliver and implement learning solutions across channels, leverage LMS capabilities and coach others to maximise impact.
