Project Manager (Healthcare Informatics)

We have a unique opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to join our Informatics team. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle for the integration of Fujifilm Informatics products into healthcare facilities, with a focus on radiology and cardiology departments. The role involves coordinating installations, ensuring timely and quality delivery, managing budgets, resolving project issues and maintaining effective communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

What you will be doing:

- Leading and managingthe end-to-end implementation of medical product projects.
- Coordinatingresources, conducting site audits, and ensuringreadiness for installations.
- Providingadministrative support, including meeting coordination, progress reports, and business case development.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and product information.
- Identifying customer needs, assisting with technical solutions, and supporting quotations, tenders, and proposals.
- Developing and managingproject budgets, ensuring cost control and delivery on time and within budget.

What we are looking for:





- Proven experience managing large-scale software projects (ideally exceeding $2M) in healthcare or technical industries.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing project resources and timelines.
