About the role
We are seeking an experienced Litigation & Commercial Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join our team at CKL Lawyers.
This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of litigation and dispute resolution matters, together with transactional work in commercial law.
What you'll be doing
As a Litigation & Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing strategic advice to our clients, managing cases through all stages of litigation, and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Commercial law and Litigation law, with experience in managing files under senior supervision.
Solid written and oral skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
Sound understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
Experience in Smokeball Prosper + and Archie AI an advantage.
